1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, posting an ad, or communicating with other users on e-Real, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2 Platform Role & Zero Brokerage
- Facilitator Only: e-Real acts strictly as a digital marketplace and facilitator. We connect buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- No Brokerage: We do not charge brokerage or commission on transactions.
- No Agency: We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction entered into between users. We do not act as a real estate agent, broker, or property manager.
3 User Accounts & Eligibility
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
4 Listing Guidelines & Content Policy
When posting property, vehicles, or other classified ads, you agree to the following:
- Ownership/Authority: You must be the legal owner or have explicit written authorization from the owner to list the property or item.
- Accuracy: All details, prices, and images provided in the listing must be authentic and accurately represent the current condition of the item/property.
- Prohibited Content: You may not post ads that are fraudulent, illegal, discriminatory, offensive, or that violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Verification: While e-Real offers a "Verified" badge for specific listings, this does not constitute a guarantee of the property's legal standing. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence.
5 User Conduct & Communication
- Respectful Chat: The in-app chat feature must be used solely for discussing the relevant listing. Spam, harassment, abusive language, or sharing malicious links is strictly prohibited.
- Off-Platform Transactions: e-Real is not responsible for any financial losses or damages incurred during face-to-face meetings, property visits, or offline payment transfers. Never transfer money without verifying the seller and the property in person.
6 Paid Services (Banners & Premium Ads)
- Optional Upgrades: While standard ad posting is free, e-Real may offer paid services such as "Featured Ads" or "Sponsored Banners."
- Payments & Refunds: All payments made for premium features are final and non-refundable, even if your ad is removed by administrators for violating these Terms.
7 Intellectual Property
- Your License to Us: By uploading content (text, photos) to e-Real, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content across our platform and marketing channels.
- Our IP: The e-Real name, logos, code, and design elements are the intellectual property of e-Real. You may not copy, scrape, or duplicate our platform's layout or code.
8 Moderation & Termination
Admin Rights: e-Real reserves the right to reject, suspend, or delete any listing or user account at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect fraud, spam, or a violation of these terms.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, e-Real and its administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Inaccurate or false information provided by users.
- Financial loss or physical harm resulting from user-to-user interactions.
- Platform downtime, technical glitches, or data loss.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
